Product Description

The AIO288/1 (Part Number: 00012270-00) is a multifunction analog I/O module for the Bachmann M1 controller series, combining 8 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs in a single module. It is designed for space-efficient control systems requiring high-precision analog processing.

The module supports Pt100 / Pt1000 RTD temperature sensors on four input channels and provides integrated excitation for up to four potentiometers, reducing external wiring and power components. With 14-bit resolution and built-in wire-break diagnostics, the AIO288/1 delivers accurate and reliable signal handling in demanding industrial environments.

FAQ

Does the AIO288/1 support 4–20 mA signals?
Not directly. The module is designed for ±10 V and RTD inputs. 4–20 mA signals require shunt resistors or a dedicated current input module.
