Installation Guide
- Step 1: Mount on a standard 35 mm DIN rail in a ventilated enclosure. Maintain 50 mm clearance above and below for convection cooling.
- Step 2: Connect AC input to L, N, and PE terminals using 14 AWG wire with branch circuit protection.
- Step 3: Connect 24 VDC output to the Ovation power distribution module or directly to the I/O rack power bus.
- Step 4: Adjust the output voltage trim potentiometer to 24.5 VDC under nominal load using a calibrated DMM.
- Step 5: Verify LED status. Green Input, Green Output, and Off Alarm indicate normal operation. A red Alarm LED indicates load or temperature fault.
Selection Tips
Choose 1X00416H01 for 10 A, 24 VDC Ovation power schemes. For 20 A / 480 W demands, use 1X01046H01L or 1X00781H01L. Size the power supply at 125% of calculated I/O plus controller load to account for inrush and future expansion. Match the input voltage range to the plant distribution.
