Installation Guide

• Step 1: Install 5X00321G01 into the Ovation communication slot or DIN rail carrier.
• Step 2: Connect Profibus DP cable to the 9-pin D-Sub connector. Pin 3 = B-line (red), Pin 8 = A-line (green), shield to chassis ground.
• Step 3: Activate termination resistors at both ends of the Profibus segment.
